It depends on which way you are updating your tool. If you are updating through PC, maybe the operation system version is too old, so you would need to download the newest version for operation software. Then do the update again. If you are updating through DS708, maybe you forget to restart the tool to renew the program. Everytime you finished update through DS708, always restart it immediately.

Please give us more details about update. Which way do you update your tool, in PC or in DS708? What version is it for your PC Suite Update tools if you are updating via PC?
